6 pork chop, 1- cup celary, 1- cup onion, 4 to 6 clove of garlic minces ,2- baylef, beef cube or home made beef stock, salt and pepper , 1- 16oz can of beer, 2-cup of white wine, 1tsp vinegar, pinch of adobo goya.

In medium size cooking pot .rinse and drain chuleta (pork chop) take the chuletas with the same pot and add your beer and your wine , then mince garlic ,2 bayleaf, and the 1 tsp vinegar and a can of beef stock or home made stock with a pinch of adobo goya, let that boil until tender, then add red roasted peppers. At the same time add 4 cup of water in another cooking pot and a tsp of salt and 2 spoons of oil to a boiled. Once it boiled add white rice or rice of your choice let that cook for 20 minutes or until tender.

You could also add any other ingredients you like (sazon con achiote, or adobo)and beer of choice, but remember with wine to white meats and red to red meats.
