Collards,mustards, turnip, kale or spinach 6 Bunches
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp chopped garlic
butter, oil or chicken broth
salt & pepper to taste
vinegar
Ham hocks, smoked neck bones, smoked turkey or chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Inspect each leaf of greens for dirt and remove stems,and cut in smaller pieces. Wash greens 3 or 4 times in sink, with salt, vinegar and cold water, wash and rinse.While greens are soaking in cold water, wash ham hocks, neck bones or turkey off with cold water and put in pot with water, add 1 tsp of salt, Bring to a boil. Once water starts to boil add greens, onions, garlic. Cook slowly for 2 to 3 hrs until greens are tender. (Keep checking to make sure water you have water in greens). Add butter, olive oil, or chicken broth. (salt and pepper to taste).

You will need at least 6 or 7 bunches to have a decent amount of greens to have enough for 3 or 4 people, they really cook down to nothing, but old so verry good..
