4 chicken thighs
4 chicken legs

Directions:
To prepare the noodles:
Combine all noodle ingredients. Divide dough into 3 balls. Roll each ball out very thin on well floured surface. Using a pizza cutter, cut into long, thin strips and then cut crosswise into 4 inch strips.

To prepare chicken:
In large pot cover the chicken with water and add the bouillon cubes. Cook until tender. Remove the chicken from the pot. Debone and discard the skin. Cut up your chicken pieces. Put chicken to the side.

Add 1 large box of chicken broth to your pot. Bring to boil and drop in your noodles. Stir them to keep from clumping and cook them about 10 minutes. Put your chicken pieces back into the pot with the noodles. Be sure your broth is soupy. If not, add more chicken broth and be sure to return to a boil before adding more noodles.
