1 lb. Cubed Beef (substitute with lamb if desired)
2 lb. String Beans
5 Garlic Cloves
1 Spanish Onion
1/2 Can Tomato Sauce
3/4 Teaspoon All Spice
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cut string beans in half, wash and put aside. Crush garlic and set aside. Chop and saute onions in a little olive oil along with crushed garlic until onions are transparent. In separate pot, brown cubed beef (use 2 tbsp of butter or olive oil) and drain. Then add string beans, onion and garlic mixture to the cubed beef. Add all spice, salt and pepper (all to taste). Add half of a large can of tomato sauce and then just enough water to cover the beans and beef. Bring to a boil and drop down to a simmer for about 45 minutes (or until the beans are tender). Serve with jasmine rice.
