Pie Filling

1 Graham Cracker Ready Crust 9 inch
1 8 oz Package cream cheese-softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
dash of salt

Pie Topping
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbs sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix pie filling ingredients and add one egg at a time to the mixture. Beat well after each addition. Add filling to pie crust and bake 25 to 30 minutes. Pour pie topping over pie and smooth even. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 1/2 hour then place in fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.
