Package ready made sugar cookie dough
1/2 cup large chopped pistachios
1/2 cup dry cherries or any dry fruit
Directions:
Directions:
Pat dough somewhat and add in layers of pistachios and cherries. Shape into log, cut into cookies. Bake per instructions on cookie dough package. When cool dip half of the cookie into melted white chocolate.
