2 packages (16 ounces each) frozen gnocchi
1 pound ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed fennel seed
1 teaspoon rubbed dried sage
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cans (14 1/2- ounces each) diced tomatoes
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

1. Cook gnocchi according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef; cook, stirring, until browned, 3-4 minutes.
2. Add next 5 ingredients; cook, stirring, until garlic is softened, 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes with juice; over medium-low heat, cook until sauce thickens, 10 minutes. Toss gnocchi with sauce, 3 Tbs. cheese and parsley. Serve sprinkled with remaining cheese.
