2-3 TBSP butter
2-3 TBSP flour
1 1/2 C milk (or amount to get consistency you desire)
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste

frozen peas
1 pint canned tuna
boiled potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Make white sauce by melting butter in saucepan, removing from heat and adding flour and then whisking in milk. Place back on medium heat and heat until thicken, cook a few minutes to cook flour and add salt and pepper to taste.
Add drained tuna and and a cup of frozen peas (or amount to your liking).
Serve over boiled potatoes.
