1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
1 1/2 cups fresh baby carrots, cut in half lengthwise
1 (14 1/2 oz) can ready-to-serve beef broth
1/2 cup Szechuan stir-fry sauce
2 tablespoons honey
4 oz (1 1/2 cups) uncooked fine egg noodles
1 1/2 cups fresh snow pea pods, cut in half crosswise
1/4 cup chopped cashews, if desired

Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef, cook and stir until browned. Remove beef from skillet.

In same skillet, combine onion and carrots; cook and stir 2 minutes. Stir in broth, stir-fry sauce and honey. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 5 to 10 minujtes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Stir in egg noodles, cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Add beef and pea pods; cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until pea pods are crisp-tender. Sprinkle with cashews.
