1/4 cup of butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups of milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 3/4 cups (4 oz) bite size macaroni, cooked

Directions:

Melt butter in large saucepan. Blend in flour with whisk. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly. Add the seasonings. Cook over medium heat until the sauce is thickened. Add 1 cup of cheese and stir until melted. Add the cooked macaroni. Turn the mixture into an 8" square baking dish. Sprinkle the top with the remaining grated cheese. Bake in a 375º oven for about 15-20 mins. Heat under the broiler until the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
