15 oz. box of Raisin Bran ( and may add 1 c. or more additional raisins)
3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs beaten
1 qt. buttermilk (may use low fat buttermilk)
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Mix Raisin Bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt in a large pan or bowl
Add oil, eggs and buttermilk & mix well
Bake for 15-20 minutes
(You can keep this batter, unbaked, in your refrigerator for a number of weeks, covered of course. These are yummy!
