1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Small chopped onion
1/2 c. melted butter
4 eggs, beaten slightly
1 box chopped spinach/broccoli well drained
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Mix ingredients, put into greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan or dish
Bake for 25-35 minutes
If not done, cover lightly with foil to prevent over-browning
