6-8 garlic cloves (full and plump), minced
2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (or more)
1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

1 box of Angel Hair or pasta of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta according to package directions. After pasta is added to the boiling water, begin the sauce. Warm olive oil in pan, then add red pepper flakes. Toss in the minced garlic and cook until the garlic is a golden color. Add 2-3 ladles of the pasta water to the oil and garlic. Allow liquid to boil and thicken. Season to taste. Add two-thirds of the pasta to the garlic oil. Taste and add additional pasta liquid if more sauce is needed. Season to taste. Add the Parmesan cheese and parsley. Stir and serve with a drizzle of olive oil on top.

This can be served with grilled chicken, steak, shrimp or meatless.
