2 pkgs. rapid yeast
2 cups milk scalded
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
7-1/4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, salt, sugar in small bowl.
Pour milk over while milk is hot. Mix yeast with 1/2 cup Luke warm water.
Stir 2 eggs in bowl lightly.after milk is cooled add eggs and yeast and 1/2 of flour.
Beat with mixer ( dough hook) add other 1/2 of flour and continue to beat with mixer.
Cover w towel until dough is dble in size
Roll dough and cut. Put soft butter on rolled dough fold in half and cut with glass. Put in pan and let rise again. Bake at 400º until browned add more butter on tops while hot
