1 1/2# Hamburger
1/2 cup rice
2/3 cup milk
1 T. minced onion or 1 medium onion chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
1. Combine hamburger, rice, milk, onion and pepper in a bowl. Mix well. Make meatballs & place in baking dish
2. Combine soup, water, onion soup mix and pour over meatballs.
3. Cover pan with tin foil.
Bake for 1 hour or until hot & bubbly.
Serve with mashed potatoes and corn
