12 eggs
3 teaspoons vanilla
3 1/2 cups sugar
1 pound margarine
2 teaspoons whiskey or rum
3 teaspoons baking powder
8 cups flour (refrigerate overnight)

Mix eggs until lemon yellow. Melt and cool margarine. Add to eggs vanilla, sugar and whiskey or rum. Sift baking powder into flour. Add to previous mixture. Mix well, but not too long. Cook in pizzelle iron. While pizzelle's are warm roll on wooden dowels.
Filling:
Cook 1 cup milk and 5 tablespoons flour until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Cream together 1 cup of margarine, 1 cup sugar and 6 tablespoons marshmallow whip and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Beat together about 10 minutes at high speed on mixer. Stir in a few tablespoons of marshmallow mixture into cooled milk and flour. Then combine with marshmallow mixture and beat well until blended, about 5 minutes. Using a pastry bag, fill cooked cookies, sprinkle tops with powdered sugar. Pizzelle ends can be dipped in melted chocolate as an option.

The pizzelles can be frozen. Before serving, thaw and again sprinkle with powdered sugar.
