1 pkg frozen chopped hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 finely chopped onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided into 1 cup portions
1 cup sour cream
1 cup corn flakes
1/4 butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º F.

Mix all ingredients except butter, corn flakes, and 1 cup of the cheese.

Place mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle the other cup of cheese over mixture. Melt butter. Crush cornflakes into small bits and sprinkle over mixture. Pour melted butter over cornflakes and mixture.

Put foil over dish. Bake until potatoes ate softened and cheese is melted. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
