1 cup light brown sugar
2 cups pecan halves
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white until foamy. Beat in salt, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans until coated. Drop each half onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
