Crust:
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Filling:
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. rhubarb - cut in 1/2" pieces
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven: 350º

Mix crust ingredients until crumbly.
Pat half of crust mixture in ungreased 9" square pan.

Combine softened cream cheese with remaining ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Pour over crust.

Top with remaining crust mixture.

Bake: 40 Minutes

Cool.
Cut into squares.
Store covered in refrigerator.
