2 lbs. skinless, bone-in chicken thighs
1 lb. potatoes, cut into 1-in pieces
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can (15 1/2 oz) butter beans,rinsed and drained
1 cup frozen sliced okra,thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Coat slow cooker bowl with non- stick cooking spray. Place chicken, potatoes and onions in bottom of slow cooker. In medium bowl, stir together broth, tomatoes,tomato paste, oregano, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp of black pepper. Pour over chicken and potatoes.
Cover and cook on high for 6 hrs. or low for 8 hrs. One hour before end of cooking time, stir in beans, okra and remaining 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp
pepper.
Shred chicken off bones and serve with vegetables.
