1/2 c. butter
1 large onion, chopped
2 (10oz) pkgs. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
3-4 c. rice, cooked
1 (16oz) jar Cheese Wiz
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan and add onion. Sautee until onion is soft. Add spinach, rice and 2/3 of the cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread into 2qt. casserole dish. Spread remaining cheese on top. Bake at 325 for 30-45 minutes.
