5 pound fresh pork (picnic or shank)
3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 oz. Texas Pete© hot sauce
1 oz.sugar / Splenda® sweetener

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork in smoker, using hickory chunks or chips, until done (170ºF in center).

Chop pork to desired consistency.

Add liquid ingredients to chopped pork and mix well, adding salt and pepper to taste.
