4 (4 oz) monkfish fillets
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tbs vegetable oil
2 tbs chopped fresh basil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, oil, basil, salt and pepper in medium bowl.

Grill fish, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until fish is opaque.
