Ingredients:  
3 chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (bagged)
mozzarella cheese
olive oil

Sauce:
2 cans tomato sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
salt and pepper
oregano to taste
Lawry's® seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken breasts in beaten egg. Brown in skillet with olive oil.

Sauce:

Mix in tomato paste into the 2 cans of tomato sauce to preferred consistency. Add oregano and Lawry's® seasoning to taste, then lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt and pepper.

Pour sauce in bottom of baking dish. Lay chicken breasts on top of sauce.

Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes at 350ºF.

Take out, top with mozzarella cheese, and melt in oven.
