1-8 oz pkg noodles cooked and drained
1 can corned beef broken up
1/4 lb cheddar cheese grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp parsley flakes
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
Bread crumbs, buttered
Directions:
Directions:
Combine in bowl, beef, cheese, soup, milk, onion and parsley. Mix well. Arrange layer of noodles, then layers of meat mixture, repeat ending with meat mixutre. Sprinkle 3/4 cup butter bread crumbs on top. Bake 375º for 30 - 40 minutes. Patricia is our cousin, Lela Jane's sister.
