2 8 oz package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs separated (egg whites will need to be whipped until stiff
Crust made of graham crackers and 3 tbs butter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese, sugar, juice and rind, vanilla, and mix at medium speed until smooth.
Add egg yolks,one at a time mix well after each egg.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites then pour into crust and bake at 300 for 45 degrees.
Crust is made of crushed graham cracker and tablespoon butter.
Press into a pie pan.
