8 oz beef sirloin tip steak
10 asparagus spears

For the marinade:
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/3 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 Tbsp soy sauce

For the final sauce:
3 Tbsp of bean sauce
3 Tbsp of soy sauce
3 Tbsp of cooking wine

Directions:
Directions:
- Cut sirloin tip steak into 2 inch pieces and set aside. Create marinade by mixing soy sauce, sugar, and pepper. Put in sirloin tips and coat thoroughly. Cover and place in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
- Wash and cut asparagus into 3 inch pieces. Heat olive oil in frying pan on low. A cast iron skillet works best. Add minced garlic and lightly brown. Stir fry the asparagus – don’t overcook. Remove and place in a large bowl. Cover to keep warm.
- Turn up the heat on the frying pan. Toss in the sirloin tip steaks pieces and quickly cook so the outside is browned. Season with ground black pepper. Place the asparagus tips into the frying pan with the steak tips, pour on the final sauce mixture and heat thoroughly.
