3/4 cup oleo
2/3 cup evaporated milk
6 oz pkg chocolate chips
7 oz jar marshmallow cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, 6 tbsp oleo and 1/3 cup milk in heavy saucepan, bring to full rolling boil stirring constantly. Continue boiling 4 minutes over medium heat stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips, stir until melted. Add 1 cup (1/2 jar) marshmallow cream and 1/2 tsp vanilla, beat well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 in pan. Repeat with remaining ingredients, substituting peanut butter for choc chips. Spread over Chocolate layer. Cool. Cut into squares. Makes 3 lbs.
