Ingredients:  
Crust:
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter or margarine (cubed & chilled)

Filling:
5 c. chopped rhubarb
6 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
4 T. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cream or milk
grated orange rind (optional)

Streusel:
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven: 325º

Crust:
Combine flour and powdered sugar.
Cut in cubed butter.
Press in jelly roll pan
Bake: 15-20 Minutes

Mix together:
rhubarb, egg yolks, sugar, flour, salt, and cream.
Pour over baked crust.

Sprinkle with streusel:
Mix all ingredients until crumbly.
Sprinkle on dessert.

Bake: Till Done
