1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening or butter
1/2 c. peanut butter (chunk style)
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
6 oz. chocolate bits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven: 350º

Cream shortening and peanut butter.
Add sugars and cream well.
Add egg, beat well.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.

Divide dough into 2 parts.

Melt chocolate bits over low heat in double boiler.
Roll out dough on wax paper.
Then spread half of chocolate over dough.
Roll up like jelly roll and slice.

Bake: 10-12 Minutes
