2 1/2 cups sugar
6 tbsp flour
Dash of salt
3 eggs
4 cups milk

4 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, salt and milk. Cook in double boiler “or microwave” until slightly thickened. Beat eggs and add a little of the hot mixture to eggs, mix well, then add the cooked mixture. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat, add 2 tbsp butter or no cholesterol margarine, and 1 tsp vanilla. Lay alternating pudding, vanilla wafers and bananas in a large dish. Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers over top.
