1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 T. cornstarch
3 T. white syrup
1 c. water
2 T. strawberry gelatin (dry JELL-O)
1 baked 9" pie crust
Whip Cream
Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut up berries.
Cook sugar, cornstarch, syrup and water until thick and clear.
Add dry gelatin.
Mix well and cool.
Add strawberries to cooled glaze.
Pour into baked crust.
Decorate pie with whip cream or commercial topping.
