1 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
2/3 cup lard (or shortening)
1/4 cup ice cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Place salt, flour and lard in a mixing bowl. Mix until crumbly. Slowly add water and mix until a ball forms (briefly).

Divide dough in half and roll out.
