1 lb. sausage
1 ¼ cup Monterey Jack cheese
1 ¼ cup Sharp Cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons Cayenne red pepper
1 cup ranch salad dressing
3 boxes Phyllo shell tarts (15 tarts to a box)

Directions:
This is a delicious, easy, quick hors d’oeuvre Brown sausage, drain and return to a large bowl. Add- cheese, pepper and dressing. Spoon into shells, place on cookie sheet. Bake 350º for 3 – 10 minutes. Serve warm
