4 - 6 Tilapia
small yellow onion
lemon juice
6 small potatoes
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 375º for 35 min
Place tilapia in a greased 9 in baking dish
sprinkle with lemon juice,
slice onion and spread over fish,
quarter potatoes and spread over fish,
sprinkle with olive oil.
Cover with foil.
I cook this in an electric skillet.
Salt and pepper to taste.
