1 3/4 cups graham crumbs
1/3 cup butter melted
3 8 oz packs of cream cheese softened
1 can sweet and condensed milk
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
3 T lime juice
1 T vanilla
9 oz semi sweet chocolate morsels
chocolate sauce
caramel sauce
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup mini morsels

Preheat oven to 300
Grease 9 inch springform pan. Combine crumbs and butter, pat into pan and up sides 1 inch
Beat cream cheese and sweet and condensed milk, add sugar, eggs, lime juice, vanilla and beat till combined. Microwave morsels to melt on low. Stir 2 cups of batter into chocolate. Mix well. Alternately add spoonfuls of batter to pan, yellow then chocolate.
Bake for 1 hour 15 min till edges are set and center moves slightly. cool on wire wrack for 10 min. run knife around edges. Cool completely. Drizzle chocolate sauce and caramel sauce, sprinkle nuts and mini morsels. Refrigerate several hours and then remove side of pan.
