1 pkg of chicken cutltets
salt and pepper
1/2 cup flour
8 oz slice mushrooms
2 T butter
1/2 cup sweet Marsala Wine
1/4 cup chicken stock
1/4 sherry or dry white wine
3 T heavy crew,
garnish of chopped Italian parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper
Dredge chicken in flour
Heat oil in skillet and when hot fry chicken for 3 -4 min per side. Remove chicken onto plate and cover with foil.
Reduce heat to medium and add butter. Saute mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Add Marsala, sherry, chicken stock and cream. Allow sauce to reduce about 3 to 5 min.
Put chicken back into pan and warm through!!
Garnish with parsley
