6 lb brisket or any size near that!
1 tsp celery salt
1tsp garlic salt
1/2 bottle liquid smoke
3 tsp salt
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp pepper
3 T Worchestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Use low glass pan. Pour liquid smoke over meat in pan. Combine seasonings and sprinkle over both sides of the meat. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Before cooking sprinkle meat with salt and pepper and worchestershire sauce, cover and roast at 275 for 3 to 6 hours. Check for drying out, if so add a little water.
When done, drain and pour favorite bbq sauce all over meat. Bake uncovered for 25 min.
