Ingredients:

1/4 c. marg.
1 onion chopped or 1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
Cook in mic til thick, then pour over sausage and potatoes

6 med. potatoes sliced thinly
3 links farmer sausage sliced (optional - this can be just a potatoe casserole)
1/2 to 1 c. any vegetables (optional)

Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs or 325 for 2 hrs, then drop temp to 225 for about 1/2 hr. (I love it crispy so don't worry if you go to long :D )

For added flavor you can add 1 tin mushroom soup, 1/2 tin milk, 1 more tbsp flour to the sauce. (I don't consider this optional... I love my mushrooms!)
