1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning (remove 1 tsp for sauce)
Flour or cor tortillas (if using corn, dip in hot fat to soften)

Enchilada Sauce:
1 1/2 to 2 c. water
1 c. tomato juice
1 tbsp. brown gravy mix
1 1/2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. taco seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef. add taco seasoning and mix according to package directions. bring sauce ingredients to a boil and then boil for 1 min. scoop 1 heaping tablespoon of meat into tortilla shell, roll up and place in pan. pour sauce over tortillas and sprinkle shredded cheese over sauce. bake at 350 for approximately 30-45 min.
