2# Okra
2# Shrimp
2# Crab Meat
2 Medium Onions Chopped
1 Green Pepper Chopped
2 Cans Whole Tomatoes
2 Cloves Garlic Chopped
1 Bay Leaf
Cooking Oil
Season to Taste

Cook shrimp in 2 qts water for about 30 minutes-
Save the broth-Cover bottom of large pot with oil.
Add okra, onions, green peppers and garlic.
Cook on low heat stirring frequently until vegetables are done.
Add tomatoes and stir to blend.
Add shrimp broth, bay leaf and seasonings.
Add shrimp and crab meat and simmer 45 mins.
Serve in Gumbo/Soup Bowls over rice.
