3/4 lb chicken cutlets or tenders
olive oil
2 tsp Montreal Seasoning
1 pizza dough
cornmeal to sprinkle
2 T butter
1 T Worcestershire sauce
3 T Frank's wing sauce
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 1/2 cup Monterey Jack grated
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
4 green onions diced

Preheat oven to 425

Drizzle chicken with a little olive oil and sprinkle with Montreal Seasoning.
Grill or saute chicken till done. Slice thinly.

Stretch pizza dough using cornmeal to help handle dough. Set on pizza pan or cookie sheet.

Warm together tomato sauce, butter, Frank's, and Worchestershire sauce. Add chicken to sauce to coat. Cover pizza dough with saucy chicken and sauce, top with cheeses and green onions.

Bakes 18 min or till crisp
