2 lb. fresh grouper filet
1/4 c. lime juice
1/2 c. cheese, grated
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. mayo
2 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. chives
hot pepper sauce
paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Place filet in microwave pan, cover with lime juice and let stand for 10 minutes. Cover pan and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients, except paprika. Spoon sauce over fish and sprinkle with paprika. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes. Regular oven, bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
