1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 ground chipotle powder
1 pd pork tenderloin cut into 1 inch thick medallions
oil for sauté
1/4 cup apple syrup
1 T maple syrup
1 tsp cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chili powder, salt and ground chipotle in small bowl. Sprinkle on both sides of pork.
Heat oil in large skillet over med-high heat. Add pork and cook till golden 2 min per side. Add cider and syrup and vinegar to pan. Bring to a boil scraping up any browned bits. Reduce heat to medium and cook, turning pork occasionally to coat. until sauce is reduced to a thick glazer, 1 to 3 min. Serve pork with the glaze.
