1 can garbonzo beans (partially drained)
3 Tbsp Tahini (Sesame paste)
¼ cup lemon juice
1 clove fresh garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend together until it resembles a smooth consistency. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with pita chips, spread on baguette and/or garnish with a variety of items such as chopped olives, olive tamponade, chopped red peppers, or artichoke hearts.

*Tahini is usually found in the specialty section of your regular grocery store. Store unused portions in the refrigerator. Easily doubles for large servings.
