1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. sugar, powdered

1 pkg. chocolate pudding
1 pkg. coconut or vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Mix well and spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350º.

Step #2
Cream well in mixer and spread over cool crust.

Step #3
Mix all together and cook until thick. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Frost with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkled with chopped nuts or grated chocolate.
