1 can black beans, drained
1 can black eyed peas, drained
1 can shoepeg corn, drained
2 cans Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, drained
1 bunch of green onions, chopped and add to taste
1 bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing (add more or less to taste)
1 tsp cayenne Pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients and marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Serve chilled with corn chips.
