4 peaches or 2 cups raspberries/cherries (can be canned fruit, drained)
9 inch pie shell, unbaked
2 eggs
3/4 c sugar
1 c milk
1 tbsp butter
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Slice peeled peaches into bottom of pie shell, or spread other fruit over bottom. Beat eggs & sugar thoroughly. Add milk & mix well. Pour over fruit. Dot with butter & sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 425º for 10 min, then reduce heat to 350º & bake 30 min longer. Serve chilled.
