1/2 Cup Melted Butter (1 Stick)
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Loaf Texas Toast
4 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Crack eggs and start beating them on low with a mixer.

Melt butter in microwave. Add brown sugar. Stir until mixed.

Pour butter/sugar mixture into bottom of 9x13 pan. Spread evenly.

Add milk and vanilla to eggs. Add 1 tablespoon powdered sugar to egg mixture.

Lay single layer of Texas Toast in pan.

Spoon 1/2 of the egg mixture onto bread layer. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

Add 2nd layer of Texas Toast.

Spoon on remaining egg mixture.

Spread thin layer of butter over egg mixture. Sprinkle lightly with white sugar and cinnamon.

Cover and chill in fridge overnight.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes (covered for the first 30 minutes).

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Serve with warm maple syrup.
