3/4 lb bulk pork sausage
1 medium onion chopped
1 can mushroom pieces and stems drained
3 T chopped fresh sage leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c bisquick mix
1/2 c milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
Cook sausage and onion until no longer pink.
Stir in mushrooms, sage, salt, and cheese.
In a bowl, mix bisquick, milk and eggs. Spoon less than 1 T bisquick mixture in muffin cup.
Top with 1/4 cup sausage mixture. Spoon 1 T bisquick mixture on top of sausage mixture.
Bake 30min or until toothpick comes out clean or golden brown.
Cool for 5 minutes then remove from pan.
